Spring Garden High Tea

Delight in a garden-inspired menu including produce from the garden’s own orchard, vegetable patch, chickens and beehive.

Tailored towards small groups, you can expect to be spoiled with a selection of savoury and sweet treats. Each guest will be presented with their own two-course platter, complimented with non-alcoholic sparkling drinks, followed by tea and coffee. See indicative menu below.

This small group event brings together the best of a partnership between a garden designer and an events caterer. The High Tea events are hosted in the pretty Braddon garden of Canberra landscape designer, Gardens with Fleur and catered using garden-inspired produce by Philana’s Kitchen.

Between courses, guests are welcome to wander through the garden, take photos and learn about the garden’s design and inclusions.

Please book a table that suits your group size. Tables can be moved together to cater for larger groups. Please contact Fleur if you require a different table configuration.

Young children and babies are welcome free of charge without catering or individual table seating.

The event is held in Fleur’s residential garden in Braddon, close to the Canberra CBD. Facilities include free street parking and bathroom access. Please note there is one step required to access the deck and the bathroom.

Gluten and lactose free options are available with notification at time of booking.

All tables will be relocated under cover in the case of inclement weather.

In the case of Government-initiated hospitality restrictions, guests will be fully refunded. Otherwise, please understand bookings are non-refundable; this is due to the business outlay required to run such tailored events.
