About the event
Fleur is opening her own residential garden as part of Open Gardens Canberra.
Surrounding a multi-generational home, Fleur’s garden offers ideas in how to make great use of an average sized block. Inside its hedges and walls, you will find inviting garden rooms, water features, murals, sculptures, outdoor living areas, productive spaces, espaliered orchard and chicken coop, mobility-friendly gardening zones and a wide variety of plants and trees.
All funds raised at my Open Garden will contribute to the construction of ACT’s Eating Disorders Residential Treatment Centre gardens. Fund raising will include:
*Entry: $10 (children free), no charge for OGC members
*Plant Doctor: Attila (@attilathehorticulturist) will be on site for two hours each day to diagnose your plant problems! Bring photos or specimens (in a Ziploc bag). Gold coin donation.
*Refreshments: we’ll host a tea/coffee and cake stall to add to your enjoyment of the garden.
*Art and Craft Table: A variety of home-made small gift items.
Cash, PayID and Card accepted
